OVERVIEW
Sundance Square is proud to announce that the 5th annual Fort Worth Art Fair will continue the tradition of showcasing the local Texas art community. We are now accepting applications for artists to participate in this year’s fair!

This open call invites creators of all mediums to apply. Our goal is to feature a diverse selection of artists, highlight Texas talent, and provide an experience for collectors, art lovers, and the community.

Artist applications must be submitted by March 19, 2026. Selected artists’ works will be showcased daily during the fair in a curated outdoor art tent on the Sundance Square Plaza.

It is free to apply to the Fort Worth Art Fair!

SELECTION PROCESS AND ELIGIBILITY
Artists will be selected by Sundance Square arts professionals. Selected artists will be notified by March 26, 2026. To be eligible to apply, artists must currently reside in Texas.

TIMELINE
- Artist Application Deadline: March 19, 2026
- Selected Artists Notified: March 26, 2026
- Art Drop Off Window: April 9 - 12, 2026
- Art Installation Shifts: April 13 - 15, 2026
- Fort Worth Art Fair: April 16 - 19, 2026 (10 AM - 8:30 PM daily)
- Pick Up Unsold Art: April 20, 2026

ART TENT INFORMATION
- The fair provides walls and booth attendants for sales
- Each artist is allotted up to 8’ x 8’ of wall space
- Each artists is allotted a small merch area, pending merch sizes
- Wall space will be pre-assigned
- Artists may not bring panels, tents, or display structures unless approved in advance
